Hello, my name is Joel Mills, and I am originally from California in the United States. I have over eight years experience teaching English as a foreign language. I graduated from Star State University with a B.A. Philosophy of Language, magna cum laude. I have lived and taught English in many places around the world, and I love traveling, surfing, snowboarding, and writing.

I am a martial artist and have a true passion for learning the language. I have always had a passion for learning language, and speak two languages fluently, as well as holding a higher intermediate level of fluency in two others. I am currently learning Mandarin Chinese. I know what it is like to learn a new language, and have the patience and passion to help you improve your English.
